'Hit the North' real cork wallpaper
Judged by a panel including Lester Bennett, President of the BIID, it was amazing to get this validation after taking the enormous and frankly crazy decision to start the brand in 2016.Â
Just a shame the awards party had to be virtual! Watch it here.
Musical artist Drew Millward collaborated with Charlotte to create the design, working together on a brief inspired by the modernist movement.
Drew is well known for the sometimes dark and twisted graphic imagery he has created for bands such as Queens of the Stone Age and the Foo Fighters...Luxury interiors was a new direction for him!
Printing onto real cork wallpaper gave depth, texture and warmth to the design and created a feature that works anywhere from a games room to a wine cellar, a new build to a loft apartment.
