We have this wallpaper up in our family room after a tip from a well known interior designer. How to order from us
We offer Pro forma accounts with a discount to our trade customers.
If you email us with your requirements we'll send you an invoice and will dispatch the order within 2-4 days of receiving payment.
The vast majority of our designs are held in stock, and we can generally dispatch worldwide within a few days by DHL courier.
Our manufacturing partners are some of the most well established and capable heritage mills in the world, and so for very large quantities we can fulfil these orders within 8-12 weeks.
We’re happy to help you, especially with tricky to order designs such as the 'Hit the North' real cork wallpaper, where we can provide you with quotes and visualisations for the quantities you need, and scaled graphics if you want to use these for your own renderings.
We provide a mobile phone number with our deliveries so that you or your contractors can contact us for assistance and advice at the point of installation, and we will go out of our way to resolve any issues.
Technical Requirements and Sustainability
Our designs have all been tested to a wide range of standards for wear and compliance. We can provide all this information on request.
Our founder, Charlotte has a degree in Colour Chemistry and a background in textile compliance and so is happy to help advise on the suitability of our products for use in particular areas.
As a business we are very keen to minimise our impact on the environment, whilst having a positive impact on our local community. As a small business we do not have a complex supply chain and strive to be completely transparent in all areas. We are happy to advise on any aspect of our business, and give honest advice to help you achieve your project in the most sustainable way possible.
Returns
As a small business every customer is very important to us and we will go out of our way to ensure that you and your clients are overjoyed with the end results.
We will always accept returns on unused product, even if it is not faulty, within 90 days if you or your client is not completely happy.
Similarly if you come across an unexpected problem we will endeavour to help you solve it as quickly as possible.
