I'll let you into a little secret...New artists revealed!
Hello!

In this post I'll be introducing you to the two amazing new artists we are collaborating with for our new collection which will be launched later this year.

We also have a link to an in-depth interiors trend report and tickets if you'd like to come and see us later this month at Clerkenwell Design Week.

As you can see from the photo above, I'm back from a wonderful week in Portugal with family and friends celebrating my 40th birthday. While I was there I managed to spend a day visiting a beautiful cork forest to find out about this incredible organic and sustainable material (and there is a little clue as to what one of our next designs might be...).

More on that in a future newsletter, but for now, here are our NEW ARTISTS!:
Drew Millward
Drew is a real Northern institution, and we are feeling incredibly lucky that he has agreed to collaborate with us. Drew has created artwork for many well known bands from the Foo Fighters to the Queens of the Stone Age as well as for the Brudenell Social Club and Bundobust.  As you can see from the photo, we met at a traditionally Yorkshire cafe in Wharfedale to discuss the new wallpaper design which we will be launching at Decorex this October.
Kirsty Greenwood
Known for her creative interpretation of marbling patterns with whimsical and sometimes creepy characters, Kirsty is working on a moiré inspired screen printed fabric drawing from influences such as Klimt and Egon Schiele.

Joel Weaver
Fresh from his nomination for the Kleinworth Hambros Emerging Art prize, Joel has generously allowed us to use one of his conceptual pieces for a new three part wall covering which will also be launching later this year.
We are always pleased to receive the Decorex Interior Design Trend Reportbecause it's an interesting read, but we were thrilled to open it last month and discover that our collection with Alexis Snell was featured as part of the Luxurious Details trend on page 6! Click here to read the full report.
It's not long until Clerkenwell Design Week in London. We will be exhibiting at Platform, at the House of Detention, an 18th Century Prison (!).

Click here for a link to FREE registration. The venue will be open from 10.00-19.00 on Tuesday 21st and Thursday 23rd May, and from 10.00-21.00 on Wednesday 22nd May. Artist Sarah Jane Palmer will be helping out on the Tuesday. EC1R 0AS.
Hope to see you there!
