Our traditionally printed linen created with embroidery artist Saima Kaur features eccentric characters inhabiting an otherworldly starscape.

Saima’s work draws inspiration from Punjabi folk embroideries known as Phulkaris, especially those that explore the bold happenings of everyday life.

The linen was printed in the North of England by rotary screen printing. Requiring years of skill, the 11 different screens, one for each colour, were built up giving an intense depth of colour and metallic highlights.

Suitable for curtains and blinds as well as upholstery and cushions, the deep washed tones of violet and blue, jewel colours, batik effects and metallic golds combine to create an unforgettable fabric.

We recommend that you order a sample before purchasing goods as although we try our best to make sure that our online images are accurate as possible it's best to view colours and textures in the environment they will be used in.

On receipt, please check that your order is correct.
