The Monkey Puzzle Tree supplied real cork wallpaper for various spaces in the new PepsiCo offices
The Project
Designed by HLW, the workplace spans two floors and offers a ‘home from home’ feel, with collaborative hubs, quieter focus areas and a central staircase. Brand-led interiors draw inspiration from PepsiCo’s iconic portfolio, alongside local creative touches that reflect its commitment to Reading.
With strong sustainability ambitions, the space is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum, creating a future ready workplace in the heart of Reading’s regenerated town centre.
With a very tight deadline for project completion, the cork wallpaper was supplied on a sale and return basis within a week.

We worked closely with Overbury to supply VOC certificates and other sustainability information to aid them with gaining Platinum WELL Building Status
